Frequently Asked Questions
Logan Walter Music prioritizes relationships, connection, and personalization from the very first call! We want to get to know you, allow you to customize every aspect of your celebration, and note each detail to ensure your day is stress-free and exactly as you imagined when you first said "I do!"
Our standard areas that we service are the Green Bay and Janesville areas. That said, nearby cities like Appleton or Madison would be normal areas we travel. Areas that exceed 60 miles (round trip) of those cities would be subject to travel fees. We are willing to, and regularly do, travel extensively. We have done weddings in areas like: Escanaba, Eau Claire, LaCrosse, Milwaukee, and more!
Yes! We are fully insured. If your venue requires us to provide a COI with them listed as well, that is not uncommon and we are happy to accommodate.
All of our music is downloaded content that does NOT require internet. If your wedding is in a field or at a venue that doesn't provide wifi, we've got you covered!
NOTE: The photo booth needs WiFi to send the pictures. If you don't have WiFi, the system will hold the pictures in a que until it is connected to internet again. Once it gets connected, it will disperse all the pictures taken to your guests.
Of course! We have both wireless and wireled microphones to ensure every word is heard from ceremony to speeches.
Yes! Our systems are entirely mobile. Please keep in mind that we do require adequate cover for us and our equipment. This is meant to keep our equipment from overheating in the sun and/or being damaged by rain.
While every event, space, and situation is different, we typically arrive 1.5 to 2 hours early.
Our standard attire is khaki pants and an embroidered Logan Walter Music polo. If you require something more formal, be sure to let us know.
